Assignment #2 is for you to start learning about other photographers in the USA and around the world. You will become a better photographer if you look at what kind of photographs famous or serious photographers are making.

This sounds like a lot of work but I think you will enjoy it and learn a lot !
Here's what I want you to do:
- Look around for photographs you really do like. Maybe it's nature photos, or news photos, or portraits, or fashion photos, or whatever appeals to you.
- Choose a photographer you like, find out some facts about the photographer, show us some examples of his or her photos, then give the class a short report about what you learned about the photographer.
- For this assignment I want you to select photographers that are of national or international significance. It needs to be someone which has their photography widely distributed in publications ( books, magazines, etc.) or in art galleries or art museums.
- The photographer can be living or dead, male or female, from the USA or another country.
- Do a little looking around and I’m sure you will find someone you like.
